| Description: | Kinase assays were performed using a recombinant human cyclin E-CDK2 complex. The enzyme was assayed with substrate in the presence of 1uM ATP/[gamma-33P] ATP. IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of enzyme activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from [gamma-33P] labeled ATP to Histidine tagged retinoblastoma. Use of 33P-labeled ATP allows this transfer to be monitored by scintillation counting. |
