| Description: | The cholinesterase assays were performed using colorimetric method reported by E llman. Inhibition of enzyme activity was measured over a substrate concentration range of 0.03-3.5 mM and at least six inhibitor concentrations. Plots of [I ]vi/(vo-vi) versus [substrate] at different inhibitor concentrations were analyz ed by linear least squares methods to determine Ki values from the y-intercept. |
