| Description: | MAO A and MAO B activities were determined spectrophotometrically using kynuramine as substrates. Fluorimetric measurements were recorded with a Perkin-Elmer LS 50B spectrofluorimeter. Dixon plots were used to estimate the inhibition constant (Ki) of the inhibitors. The data are the mean values of three or more experiments performed in duplicate. |
