| Description: | Inhibition of human DPP-IV activity was measured under steady-state conditions by following the absorbance increase at 405 nm upon the substrate cleavage. Inhibitor potency was evaluated by fitting inhibition data to the binding isotherm, and IC50 for each compound was calculated. IC50 values were further converted to Ki values using the equation: Ki = IC50/[1 + (S/Km)]. |
