| Description: | Chk1 kinase activity was assayed in reaction buffer containing substrate, enzyme, and inhibitor in the presence of 5uM ATP/[gamma-33P] ATP. 33P incorporation was measured using a scintillation counter. The IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of kinase activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from 33P labeled ATP to the substrate. |
