| Description: | Enzyme activity assays were performed by monitoring the rate of enzyme-dependent NADPH consumption at an absorbance of 340 nm over a period of several minutes. After an incubation period of 5 min in the presence or absence of the inhibitor, the reaction was initiated with the addition of dihydrofolate. The reactions were performed a minimum of four times to determine the average rate and 50% inhibitory concentration values. |
