| Description: | The enzyme activity was assayed using recombinant HDAC and [3H] acetyl-labeled histones as substrate. The released [3H]acetic acid was extracted and scintillation counted for determination of radioactivity. The 50% inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were determined as the means +/- SD of the concentrations calculated from at least three independent dose-response curves. |
