| Description: | The inhibition of recombinant human CYP3A4 was measured as the ability to perform a debenzylation of 7-benzyloxy-4-trifluoromethylcoumarin (BFC). Before running the assay, it was verified that the test compound fluorescence was not the same wavelength as the BFC metabolite. Ketoconazole was used as a positive control in the assay. The fluorescence was measured using a SpectraMax Gemini XS (Molecular Devices Corporation, Sunnyvale, CA). |
