| Description: | Jurkat cell membranes were incubated with [3H]-labeled ligand in the absence or presence of increasing concentrations of test compound. The reagents in the binding assay were incubated at room temperature for 60 min. The assay was terminated by filtration through glass fiber filters on a Brandel cell harvester. The filters were washed and then counted in liquid scintillation cocktail. |
