| Description: | The inhibitory effects of compounds on histone deacetylase (HDAC) activity were determined using a fluorescence-based assay with electrophoretic separation of substrate and product carried out using a microfluidic system followed by quantitation of fluorescence intensity in the substrate and product peaks. IC50 values were calculated using the IDBS XLFit version 4.2.1 plug-in for Microsoft Excel and the XLFit 4 Parameter Logistic Model (Sigmoidal Dose-Response Model). |
