| Description: | An IMAP fluorescence polarization-based assay format (Molecular Devices) was used to determine the ability of compounds to inhibit the phosphorylation of a fluorophore tagged substrate peptide. Kinase activity was measured by change in fluorescence polarization units detected using an LJL Analyst (LJL Biosystems). IC50 values were calculated using a four parameter fit and GraphPad Prism software. |
