| Description: | Competition radioligand binding assays were performed with increasing concentrations of test compound in the presence of [3H]ligand. All binding reactions were terminated by filtration. Bound radiolabel was determined by liquid scintillation counting. For all of the radioligand competition binding assays, IC50 values and Hill slopes were determined by Hill transformation of the data and Ki values were determined by the Cheng-Prusoff equation. |
