| Description: | Assays were performed in 96-well microtiter plates in reaction buffer containing biotinylated substrate, ATP/[gamma-33P]ATP, and purified kinase in the presence of test compounds. Reactions were terminated and transferred to MAPH phosphocellulose filter plates. The scintillation mixture was added to each well, and the assay was quantified by counting in a Packard Topcount (Packard Instrument Co.). |
