| Description: | The HEK293 cells were co-transfected with DNA constructs containing the ligand-binding domain of PPAR and Gal4-luciferase reporter. The luciferase activity was measured with the Steady-Glo Luciferase Assay kit (Promega; Madison, WI) according to the manufacturer instructions. EC50 is the concentration of test compounds needed to induce 50% of the maximum luciferase activity. The EC50 value is the average of more than two separate tests. |
