| Description: | TbPTR1 activity was measured in 96-well microtiter plates via reduction of cytochrome c (cytc) as a result of the enzymatic production of tetrahydrobiopterin (H4B). Enzyme activity was monitored by reading absorbance at 550 nm within the linear phase of reaction. Ki (app) values were calculated using a modified Morrison equation. |
