| Description: | NS3/4A protease was preincubated with increasing concentration of drugs in protease reaction buffer for 1 hour. Inhibition assays were performed in a reaction volume of 60μL. The reaction was initiated by the rapid injection of 5μL of HCV NS3/4A protease substrate to a final concentration of 200nM. |
