| Description: | Reaction mixture (100 µL) contained 70 µL 50 mM Na2HPO4 buffer, pH 6.8, 10 µL test compound (0.5 mM), followed by the addition of 10 µL enzyme (0.0234 units). The mixture was pre-incubated for 10 min at 37 °C and pre-read at 400 nm. The reaction was initiated by the addition of 10 µL of 0.5 mM substrate (p-nitrophenyl glucopyranoside) and incubated at 37 °C for 30 min. The absorbance of p-nitrophenol was measured at 400 nm. |
