| Description: | Enzyme was equilibrated in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.0 at 37 °C. All compounds were prepared in DMSO. Various concentrations of compounds were added in the reaction mixture separately. The reactions were incubated for 30 min and the activity was estimated by the usual enzyme assay at pH 6.0 using a-N-benzoyl-D,L-arginine-2-naphthylamide (BANA) as substrate. |
