| Description: | An ELISA assay was used to determine the ability of inhibitor to inhibit VEGF-R RTK activity. The compounds were incubated with enzyme 20 min at room temperature, with 2uM ATP in 96-well plates coated with a poly(Glu, Ala, Tyr) 6:3:1 random copolymer substrate. Phosphorylated tyrosine was then detected by sequential incubation with anti-phosphotyrosine antibody. IC50 data were interpolated by nonlinear regression using Microcal Origin software. |
