| Description: | An aliquot of diluted solution at five different concentration (1, 5, 10,15 and 25 µl) levels was mixed with phosphate buffer (pH 8.0, 3.0 ml), 100 µl of buffered Ellman's reagent, 100 µl of acetylthiocholine iodide solution and 50 µl of supernatant and the change in optical density was measured immediately at 412 nm for 3 min. Kinetic studies were performed using six concentrations of substrate ATChI (0.25-2.0 mM) in the presence and absence of above mentioned same concentrations of inhibitors. |
