| Description: | Gel-based assays were performed by combining 4 無 of OGG1 (62.5 nM) with 1 無 of inhibitor or buffer. Substrate (5 無, 50 nM) was added to bring the final volume to 10 無. The reaction was incubated 30 min at 37 蚓, quenched by the addition of 10 無 of formamide, and put on ice. Samples were analyzed by electrophoresis on a 15% polyacrylamide gel containing 8 M urea, and bands were visualized by a FluorChem M imager (Protein Simple). Band intensities were quantified using the Image Studio Lite Software (LI-COR). |
