| Description: | Activated KDR was incubated with 25 uM/10 uCi of [gamma-33P] ATP, poly-Glu/Tyr, and inhibitors in kinase buffer for 15 min at 22 °C. The reaction was stopped, and incorporation of gamma-33P was measured. IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of kinase activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from [gamma-33P] ATP to the peptide substrate. |
