| Description: | The enzyme was assayed with substrate in the presence of 25 uM ATP/[gamma-33P] ATP and test compound. Dose response curves were generated to determine the compound concentration required to inhibit 50% of kinase activity (IC50) that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from [gamma-33P] labeled ATP to substrate. Use of 33P-labeled ATP allows this transfer to be monitored by scintillation counting. |
