| Description: | Kinobeads competition assays were performed in 96-well format as previously described using mixed protein lysates of four cancer cell lines (K-562, MV-4-11, SK-N-BE(2), and COLO 205) and nine drug doses (0, 3, 10, 30, 100, 300, 1000, 3000, 30 000 nM final concentrations). Eluted proteins were in-gel digested according to standard procedures. |
