| Description: | Galantamine was used as reference drugs. The synthesized quinazolines were dissolved in 0.1 M phosphate buffer of pH 8.0. (KH2PO4/K2HPO4. The reaction mixture consisted of appropriate amount of, DTNB (Ellman's reagent), test compounds, of 0.03 U/mL of enzymes (AChE and BChE). The mixture was pre-incubatedat 30 °C for 10 min and followed by adding 1 mM ATCI or BTCI and incubated again for 15 min. The enzymatic hydrolysis was monitored at 412 nm using μQuant microplate spectrophotometer (MQX200, BioTek USA). All reactions were carried out in triplicate. |
