| Description: | The compounds prepared in Examples were tested for inhibitory activities against three subtypes of RAF, i.e. RAF1 Y340D Y341D, BRAF normal type and BRAF V600E, using Kinase Profiling Service (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer's instructions. The levels of the inhibitory activities of the compounds against the enzymes were calculated as % inhibitory activities at various concentrations. Based on the % inhibitory activities, dose-response curves were plotted and IC50 values were calculated using GraphPad Prism software. |
