| | PON Activity Assay |
| Description: | PON activities were measured in the presence of different drug concentrations. Control activity was assumed to be 100% in the absence of inhibitor. Experiments of all compounds were tested in triplicate at each concentration used and Activity%-[Drug] graphs were drawn for each drug. Determination of Ki values was performed by using three different inhibitor concentrations. In these experiments, paraoxone was used as substrate at five different concentrations (0.15, 0.3, 0.45, 0.6, and 0.75 mM). |
