| Description: | For the assay, purified cdk/cyclin was added to polystyrene 96-well plates that were precoated with GST-Rb substrate in the presence of ATP. After incubation at room temperature within the linear reaction range, activity was terminated by the addition of EDTA. Phosphorylation of GST-Rb on serine 780 was quantified by incubation with a phosphoserine antibody then a horseradish peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody, and detecting using color readout. |
