| Description: | 500 nM hCSE in optimal buffer (50 mM Hepes, pH 7.0; final concentration) was incubated with compound for 45 min in the 192-tandem-well plate before adding substrate (5 mM L-cysteine; final concentration). The reaction was then incubated at 37 °C for 60 min before the absorbance at 413 nm of DTNB was measured. |
