| Description: | The MAO-A and MAO-B screening biochemical assay was completed by Reaction Biology Corp. with the same assay format with LSD1 assay, and the detailed protocol waspresented as followed. The compounds in DMSO were added into the MAO-A or MAO-B (Sigma) in the reaction buffer as above, and the reactions were initiated by adding substrate [10 µM Histone Tyramine (Sigma)] to the reaction mixtures and incubated for 60 min at room temperature. |
