| | EqBuChE Inhibition Assay |
| Description: | The in vitro BuChE assay was performed similarly to the method described above. A standard enzyme activity curve was drawn for each enzyme using seven different concentrations ranging from 0.1 U/mL to 1 U/mL and enzyme activity was calculated (one unit of enzyme will hydrolyze 1.0 μmol of acetylthiocholine to thiocholine and acetate per minute). Inhibitory activity was calculated from 100 subtracted by the percentage of enzyme activity. |
