| | Radiometric-Based Assay (Epiblastin A) |
| Description: | Single-point measurement analyses of Epiblastin A against a panel of 123 kinases was performed at Eurofins (former Milipore) using a radiometric-based assay and Km-ATP (Km is defined as the concentration of ATP that allows half-maximal reaction velocity) concentration for each individual kinase. Dose-dependent investigations of Epiblastin A against BrSK1, Egfr, eEF2k, Mknk2, Ripk2 and Stk10 have been performed under the same experimental setup, i.e. at Km-ATP value. Half-maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were obtained by fitting the obtained data with three parameter nonlinear regression analysis using GraphPad Prism version 6.00 for Windows (GraphPad Software, USA).
