| Description: | The reaction mixtures contained in various different concentrations of p-NPP as a PTP1B substrate in the presence or absence of the active compound. The kinetic analysis was evaluated for Michaelis-Menten plot, Lineweaver-Burk plot, and Dixon plot. The Michaelis constant (Km), maximum velocity (Vmax), and the inhibition constants (Ki) were determined by using Sigma Plot software (13.0 software, SPCC Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). |
