| Description: | The progress of DPPIV inhibition by compounds was measured by recording the liberation of free pNA at 405 nm. IC50 was determined from the slope of regression lines of modified Dixon plots of uninhibited velocity/inhibited velocity versus inhibitor concentration. Ki was calculated using substrate concentration [S], substrate Km, and IC50 with Ki = IC50 x (1/(1 + [S]/Km)). Compounds were assayed in duplicate. |
