| Description: | The inhibitory effect of the compounds of the present invention on the activity of c-Met was confirmed as follows.Specifically, 250 μM G4Y1 peptide, which serves as a substrate for c-Met enzyme (2 ng/μL), and 50 μM ATP were subjected to an enzyme reaction in a reaction buffer (40 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL bovine serum albumin, and 50 μM DTT). The compounds prepared in Examples and comparative compounds were treated at various concentrations and reacted at room temperature for 1 hour, sequentially added with ADP-Glo Reagent and the Kinase detection reagent, and reacted at room temperature for 40 minutes and 30 minutes, respectively. |
