| Description: | For compounds able to displace the 3(H)-dexamethasone from the receptor an IC50 value (the concentration required to inhibit 50% of the binding of 3(H)-dex) was determined by a nonlinear four parameter logistic model. The EC50s are the concentrations of compounds required to inhibit 50% of dexamethasone-induced alkaline phosphatase (ALP) expression in GRAF cell line, which is produced by CHO-K1 cells stably transfected with GR and a reporter construct containing a glucocorticoid response element driving expression of ALP. |
