| Description: | Cytosols from rabbit liver were incubated with [3H]-TCDD and 12 concentrations of unlabeled test ligands. IC50 values were determined using the iterative curve-fitting program GraphPad Prism (version 4.0). IC50 values were converted into the apparent Ki using the Cheng-Prussoff equation and Kd values of 0.01 nM. |
