| Description: | Kinase was assayed in 384-well polypropylene plate format. The compound was mixed with kinase and biotinylated peptide substrate and incubated. After reaction, mixture was transferred to 384-well streptavidin-coated plates. Incorporated radioactivity was counted on a TopCount scintillation plate reader. IC50 values were determined using an 11-point, 3-fold dilution series. To normalize affinity data, IC50 values were converted to apparent Ki assuming a Cheng-Prusoff relationship. |
