| | ROCK-II Inhibition Assay |
| Description: | Assays were performed using the STK2 kinase system from Cisbio. Reaction mixture containing STK2 substrate, ATP and test compound was added to the wells using a BioRAPTR FRD Workstation (Aurora Discovery). Reaction was initiated by addition of ROCK II. After 4 h at RT the reaction was stopped by addition antibody and Sa-XL in detection buffer. After 1 h at RT the plates were read on the Viewlux in HTRF mode. |
