| Description: | The cis/trans conversion of cis-Suc-AEPFpNA peptide by the PPIase led to the cleavage of para nitroaniline by subtilisin which was monitored at 390 nm. The assay solution, consisting of Pin1, subtilisin, and test compound, was initiated by adding peptide substrate. The reaction was monitored continuously at 390 nm using Beckman DU-7400 diode array spectrophotometer. |
