| Description: | PDE activity was measured using a modification of the IMAP fluorescence polarization phosphodiesterase assay from Molecular Devices. The assay was modified to use tetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA-) cGMP as substrate. PDE hydrolysis of the fluorescent labeled substrate allows it to bind the IMAP binding reagent, which results in increased FP. |
