| Description: | The assays were performed in 20 mM MOPS buffer, pH 7.2, containing 50 mM NaCl and 2 mM GSH. Compounds were dissolved in DMSO and diluted to various concentration gradients and further diluted for activity evaluations. Ten microliter of complex was mixed to 82 L enzyme solution for 30 min, followed by addition of 2 L of pNPP (0.1 M) substrate to initiate the reaction. After 30 min at RT, 6 L of 2 M NaOH was added to terminate the reaction. The absorbance was measured at 405 nm. |
