| Description: | Newly synthesized coumarin thioureas were tested against electric eel AChE and horse serum BChE. The cholinesterase inhibitory activity was measured using standard protocol. Donepezil and neostigmine were used as standard references in the assay. The compounds were initially tested against theseenzymes at 1 mM concentration. |
