| Description: | The recombinant human (rh) DHFR was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai, China). All rhDHFR enzymes were assayed spectrophotometrically in a solution containing 0.1 mM dihydrofolate, 0.3 mM NADPH and 100 mM KCl at pH 7.5 and 32 °C. The reaction was initiated with an amount of enzyme yielding a change in O.D. at 340 nm measured by microplate spectrophotometer. |
