| Description: | 1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine series of compounds and analogues in Table 3B were synthesized and tested in 10-dose IC50 mode with 3 fold serial dilutions starting at 100 μM. The reactions were carried out at 10 μM ATP for JAK3 and ITK. The compounds 5, 7, 8, 16, 19-33, 48-51, 57-60, 66, 75, 77-92 and 133-153 exhibited biochemical IC50=between 0.1 to 1 μM against JAK3 and ITK respectively. |
