| Description: | The transfection of plasmid and membrane preparations was conducted as described in our previous report, with 0.7 nm [3H] SCH23390 (D1R) or [3H]Spiperone (D2R and D3R) as the standard radioligands. 1 nm-10 μm l-SPD and l-SLR were used as the control for the assay. For the preliminary screening, the potential of each compound at a concentration of 10 μm to inhibit the binding of a tritiated-labeledligand to its receptor was examined. |
