| Description: | The samples and positive controls were serial diluted to various concentrations: 1280 μg/mL, 320 μg/mL, 80 μg/mL, and 20 μg/mL, 5 μg/mL and 1.25 μg/mL. Allcompounds were pre-incubated with APN on a 96-well plate for 30 min. The assay mixture, including the compound solution, the enzyme solution (5 μg/mL final concentration) and the assay buffer, was adjusted to give a total volume of 200 μL. Fifteen minutes later, the absorbance (OD405) of the wells was recorded on a microplate reader. |
