| Description: | IL-6 is known to transduce its signal through IL-6 receptor via Jak1. Activity against Jak was therefore measured by determining inhibition of IL-6 induced phosphorylation of STAT3 in TF1 cells. From these tests, the EC50 (effective concentration for 50% maximal response) values were determined in 1 μM for the test compounds. |
