| Description: | A scintillation proximity assay was used for radioligand competition and saturation binding assays. Nonspecific binding was determined in the presence of 1 uM PGD2. Binding activity was determined by using a 1450 Microbeta scintillation counter (Wallac, UK). Ki values were calculated by using the Cheng-Prusoff equation, and represent the average of at least three independent dose-response experiments. |
