| Description: | Human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells were cultured in D-MEM medium. Transfections were performed by the calcium phosphate coprecipitation method. Test compounds with or without 100 nM T0901317 were added 8 h after the transfection. After overnight incubation, luciferase and beta-galactosidase activities were assayed using a luminometer. |
